We have opted to make choosing the level of service straightforward and at the same time offer unbeatable value for money by having only two types of service.
The FULL option is a complete check-up of your spa and is required at least once a year to keep your hot tub in optimal conditions.
The LIGHT option is an interim service than can be carried out anytime you require or when draining and refilling the spa.
Our prices are fixed. We do not charge for mileage or extra time. Parking and London congestion charge are the only extra charges.
We also supply chemicals, filters, spa covers and accessories at unbeatable prices.
Spa Service Options
Clean spa cover and apply vinyl protector
Test spa system
Test, clean and adjust all single components (these include diverters, pumps, blower, sensors, keypad, power unit, ozone generator, water sanitization system…)
Descale all pumps
Test and clean all jets
Test and seal (if needed) all plumbing joints
Clean all filters
Clean and flush internal pipe system to eliminate lime scale, debris and biofilm.
Clean cabinet and vacuum under the spa shell
Clean and polish spa shell
Refill spa and treat water as required
Supply full report with recommended work and parts needing replacement.

Hot Tubs Repair
We repair all makes of hot tubs.
Our call-out charge which includes the first 90 minutes is £125. This gives us enough time to fix your hot tub within this time.
Our hourly rate is £35 per hour.
All work and parts are guaranteed for at least one year.
